Margie and Tommy are being taught by machine teachers. They had large black screens where the subject's lesson appeared. The lessons were followed by a number of questions. Students were required to submit homework and examination papers in the designated areas. They had to write down the work in a punch code (a computer language). The teacher checked the papers and gave them marks within few seconds. These classes were held in the student's home. Each student studied with his mechanical teacher. Each teacher was adjusted according to the student's level. They had no classmates. They have studied various subjects such as Geography, History and Arithmetic. Margie studied every day, except on Saturdays and Sundays. Her mother said she would learn better if she read in that way. The learning process was mechanical, dull and boring for them.
