2. The circadian rhythm
The rhythm that regulates the body’s natural wake/sleep cycle is called the circadian rhythm.
Our bodies are naturally programmed to sleep at night and be awake during the day. This cycle is regulated by our internal body clock or circadian rhythm.
We often get sleeping vibes while we want to work at night or in sleeping hour. So, it is not safe to drive if you stay awake during your natural sleep time. Even a microsleep while driving can be dangerous and hazardous and lead to accident.
