Distracting billboards is not a likely risk from driving in rural areas.

Rural areas are not considered as suitable and profitable places for advertiser to advertise using Billboards. There is much less traffic compared to urban areas. As result, Billboards are seen very less as compared to Urban areas.

So, this is NOT a likely be risk from driving in rural areas.
