Flashing red and yellow lights control some intersections during times when there is low traffic flow.
Flashing Red - A bright red flashing lamp means exactly the same as the stop sign: STOP! After stopping, continue where you are safe and keep the right rules.
Yellow - A yellow signal light indicates that a red signal is about to appear. If you see a yellow light, you should stop, if you can do it safely. If you are unable to stop, look for vehicles that may intersect at intersections when the light changes.
