There is no need to notify the issuing CTO/TMC or TO of unused electronic tickets (E-tickets); you just need to contact the CTO/TMC in a timely manner.

The statement, "there is no need to notify the issuing CTO/TMC or TO of unused electronic tickets (E-tickets); you just need to contact the CTO/TMC in a timely manner" is  not  true if your ticket is lost, stolen, or unused.
